THE LEAD

The University of Dallas women's soccer team wraps up the regular season this week with a pair of non-conference matches. The Crusaders are at Southwestern Adventist University on Thursday for a 6 p.m. kickoff. On Saturday, Dallas hosts its "Senior Day" match with McMurry University at 2 p.m.

Dallas (3-12-2) has dropped the past six matches. This includes a 1-0 overtime setback to Southwestern University last Sunday.


UD NOTABLES

- Thursday's match ends a stretch of 12 conference games in a row for the Crusaders.

- UD is 1-3-1 in matches outside the league this season.

- Whitney Jackson (Pryor, Okla.) and Kate Vidimos (Bedford, Texas) are tied for the team-lead in points (8), goals (3), and assists (2).

- Elena Naccari (Covington, La.) moved alone into second in the saves career list for the program with 349. She ranks fourth in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) for saves (67) and save percentage (.753).

- Olivia Severson (La Crosse, Wis.) has split time with Naccari between the posts this season. She sits second in the SCAC for save percentage (.855) and goals against (11). Her goals-against average (1.12) is third.

- Mackenzie Vasile (San Antonio, Texas), Mason Cosgrove (Las Cruces, N.M.), and Vidimos scored a goal in UD's 4-1 win versus McMurry at Crusader Field in 2016.
