IRVING, Texas - The Unviersity of Dallas women's lacrosse team lost their non-conference mathcup with Hope College 21-1 on Friday. They fall to 1-5 on the year.
The Flying Dutch opened the scoring after 16 seconds and would triple their lead just over a minute later. They piled on the goals in the first quarter, making it 10-0 in the final seconds of the period.
Gabby Dixon scored the lone goal of the game for the Crusaders, notching her sixth goal of the season in the third period. dallas rifled off a handful of shots in the fourth quarter, but couldn't find the back of the net. Hope continued to add to their lead, seeing out a comfortable 21-1 win.
