FIRST DRAW

The University of Dallas women's lacrosse team plays the remainder of its schedule the next two weekends on the road. First up are a pair of matches hosted at Johnson & Wales University – Denver. On Saturday, Dallas takes on Benedictine College at 2 p.m. (CST). Sunday, the Crusaders play the host school at 12 p.m. (CST).

The Crusaders are 2-9 on the season and coming off back-to-back losses that closed a three-game homestand 1-2. The most recent was this past Tuesday versus Pacific University.

UD NOTES

- Lexi Leite (Houston, Texas) did not score in the most recent match to snap her scoring streak at 17 matches in a row dating back to 2016. The leading scorer on the campaign with 34 did contribute an assist to give her 42 points on the year and keep that streak alive at 18.

- Erika Keever (Fort Worth, Texas) is second on the squad in goals (21) and points (23). She has scored in nine straight contests and had a pair of hat tricks in two-of-three games.

- Julia Shinkle (Ewing N.J.) rounds out the top three scorers with 14. The junior is on a three-game scoring stretch, with her personal best six goals in the team's win over Carroll University a couple weeks ago starting the string.

- Gwen Mohler (San Francisco, Calif.) is the third player on the Crusaders to have etched a point in all-but one match this spring. The senior had a six-game scoring streak ended Tuesday, but dished an assist to keep her on pace for the team-lead with Leite. The duo both have eight.

- Holly Tonry (Seattle, Wash.) has only played three matches but has combined for seven groundballs overall. Three have been picked up in the last two games played, which includes Tuesday.

- Lizz Winkler (St. Charles, Ill.) has made 114 saves and played all 660 minutes through 11 games this season.
