Perry represents UD Women's Basketball with All-SCAC Honorable Mention Selection

KERRVILLE, Texas – On Saturday night at the conclusion of the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Women's Basketball Semifinals, the league announced the 2019-20 All-SCAC Women's Basketball Selections.

The University of Dallas was represented by Beyonce Perry (Lake Jackson, Texas) with an All-SCAC Honorable Mention.

Perry finished her first season with the Crusaders as the leading scorer averaging 11.9 points and was the top three-point shooter with 52 makes. Perry totaled 297 points, which was helped by going 51-64 (79.7 percent) at the free throw line. She added 83 rebounds, 47 assists, and 30 steals. The freshman notched 17 double-digit scoring performances, which included a career-best 24 points at University of St. Thomas (Feb. 21). This included a stretch of nine-of-10 games to eclipse double figures from November 30 to January 17.
