Maggie Watts (Arcadia, La.) was saddled with the loss, allowing five earned runs, walking three, and striking out two in 4.2 innings.

The Tigers were led by Marina Delaluna and Jenna Kash with a pair of RBI each. Diamond Elizondo and Emily Vaclavik scored twice, and Jordyn Williams posted a 2-for-3 game with a double for TU's lone hit for extra bases. Allie Holbrook struck out four and walked none in four innings.

It was a similar result in the second game of the double dip, as the Tigers scored in all-but one inning of the five-frame finish. This was highlighted by four in the second inning. Trinity smacked 16 hits. Emily Vaclavik headlined with a 3-for-4 and two runs-batted-in. Sammie Williams also posted a trio of hits to go with a run scored and driven in. MK Stark was one of three more multi-hit performances and both her base knocks went for a double and triple.

Dallas had just one hit, which came from its leader on the season Annabel Anderson (Midlothian, Texas). The UD defense was charged just one error, and Madison Coutts (Tampa, Fla.) threw out two Tigers trying to steal. Alissa Dutton (Houston, Texas) went 4.2 innings in her first collegiate start. She did not allow a walk and struck out two. Holbrook worked four more shutout frames. She replicated the same line as game one.

Campo was responsible for one of the two hits, which was a home run in the second inning to answer a 3-0 deficit from the previous inning. The round-tripper was her second of the season. Campo was also in the circle pitching for UD and went six innings. She allowed 14 hits, seven runs (6 earned) and three walks. Campo added a pair of strikeouts. Caitlyn Stevenson (Henderson, Nev.) recorded the other Dallas hit in the seventh, as she beat out a hit to the short stop.

Vaclavik created trouble at the top of the order again with a 3-for-4 and three runs scored. Delaluna was a perfect 3-for-3 with a double and two runs-batted-in. The players in the top three spots of the batting order were where the runs touched home plate were at.
