Track and Field Competes at SCAC Championships

SAN ANTONIO Texas - The University of Dallas men's and women's track and field teams competed in the 2024 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships hosted by Trinity University on Saturday and Sunday.

On the women's side, Bailey Haas competed in the 100m and 200m races.  She posted a time of 13.80 in the 100m, and 27.55 in the 200m.

Teresa Cashen ran in the 800m on Saturday, finishing with a time of 2:44.03

On the men's side, Nico Walz and James Latour both competed in the 10k and 5k races.  In the 10k, Walz finished in 38:25.95 and Latour finished in 41:31.67.  In the 5k, Walz finished in 17:32.82, and Latour finished in 18:56.12.
