Men's Tennis Defeated by #7 Trinity in SCAC Quarterfinal

SHERMAN, Texas - The University of Dallas men's tennis team were knocked out of the SCAC Men's Tennis Championships on Thursday. They were defeated by seventh ranked Trinity University 5-0 in the first quarterfinal.
The Tigers swept all three doubles points. Cayven Yi and Benjamin Paul went down 8-0 at No. 1, JP Ellwanger and Noah Dreisbach were defeated 8-2 at No. 2, and Jude Lagarde and Paul Wolfe Jr were swept 8-0 at No. 3 doubles.
Trinity clinched points at No. 2 singles with a 6-0, 6-0 defeat of Benjamin Paul, and at No. 5 singles with a 6-0, 6-0 defeat for Jude Lagarde. Trinity's men are undefeated in quarterfinal play in the SCAC era (1992-present).
