Jameson Garnered SCAC Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week Honor

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – TUCKER JAMESON OF DALLAS, a senior attack from Mechanicsville, Md., has been named the SCAC Men's Lacrosse Offensive Player-of-the-Week for games played from Monday, April 15th through Sunday, April 21st.

It is the first weekly honor in the conference this season for Jameson and the Crusaders, who edged Johnson & Wales University (CO) to earn the No. 3 Seed in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Tournament in Irving.

Jameson poured a career-high seven goals and added three assists for a personal-best 10 points to lead the Crusaders past Johnson & Wales University last Saturday. He placed eight of his nine shot attempts on cage for an 88.9 shots on goal percentage.

Jameson has claimed career-highs in points (44), goals (34), and assists (10), while shooting 80.0 percent of shots on goal with a 52-for-65 mark. He adds 31 ground balls and six caused turnovers as well this year.

Dallas hosts the SCAC Tournament on Friday, Apr. 26, and Sunday, Apr. 28. The Crusaders will battle No. 2 Seed Southwestern University at 2 p.m. on the first match. The winners gets top-seeded Colorado College on Sunday.
