The Crusaders improved with a 307 in round two, and also benefitted from higher scores by competing teams to leave them tied for fourth. Schreiner University is the other team even with a 620 (301, 319).

Southwestern University, who won last year and entered the tournament with the highest national ranking (12th), lead the field with a 609 (304, 305) score thanks to the lowest second round mark.
