Levi and Colvin placed on USCAA-American Teams
UNIONTOWN, Pa. – The United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) released the Men's Division I Basketball All-Americans. Spencer Levi (St. Louis, Mo.) qualified for one of the 10 spots on the First-Team, while Darrius Colvin (Waco, Texas) was named Honorable Mention.

The University of Dallas men's basketball team has had six USCAA All-American winners altogether.
Levi led the USCAA in field goal percentage (70.2) and ranked third in rebounds-per-game (11.3). He won Player of the Week on two occasions in his debut season.
Levi produced one of the most remarkable seasons by a UD freshmen, as he ranked top-10 in NCAA Division III for several categories throughout parts of 2017-18. Currently, the forward is 4th in field goal percentage, tied 7th for blocks-per-game (2.73), and 7th in total double-doubles (17).
Levi already has some postseason accolades, having been named Newcomer of the Year and Co-Defensive Player of the Year in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC). He also was named All-SCAC First Team. Levi paced the Crusaders in scoring with 495 points (19.0 ppg), 295 rebounds, and 71 blocked shots. His season total of rejections shattered an all-time record set by recent Hall-Of-Famer Eric Creeger. Levi also set the new individual game blocks record with 9. That number alone had been the team record for blocks in a game.
Colvin earned his first All-American after boasting some personal-bests on the team in his third season. The junior ranked 14th in the USCAA for scoring with 16.3 ppg. Colvin totaled a career-high 425 points to raise all-time amount to 924. Colvin pulled in 145 rebounds for second on the team and to put him at exactly 400. The guard dished 97 assists and swiped 38 steals for team-highs. He blocked 19 shots to help contributed to the team season record (114) being broken consecutive campaigns.
Colvin was named to the All-SCAC Second Team as well.
