FIRST TIP

The University of Dallas men's basketball team begins a three-game road trip over the Thanksgiving Break. Tuesday marks the first road date at Hendrix College. Tip-off is slated at 7:30 p.m.

The Crusaders (1-0) defeated Millsaps College 73-68 in their season opener last Wednesday.

- Darrius Colvin (Waco, Texas) led all scorers with 23 points and had 14 of them in the second half. Colvin scored the go-ahead layup with 1:10 remaining and had the next pair of free throws to put his squad up four. Colvin shot 8-of-10 at the charity stripe.

- The Crusaders are 14-17 in the all-time series versus Hendrix, but have won five of the past six meetings.
