Lowe played two seasons with the Crusaders, serving as the starting catcher and also made appearances this past spring in the lineup as the designated hitter. Lowe collected notable postseason awards this spring with Honorable Mention All-Conference with the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) and United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) All-American.

In 2021, Lowe was one of UD's top all-around offensive players leading the Crusaders in batting average, on-base percentage, slugging percentage and home runs as well as being a top five batter in hits, runs and walks. Lowe's final numbers on the year were 29 hits, seven doubles, two triples, two home runs, 26 runs and 12 walks with a slash line of .345/.467/.548. One of his homers was an inside the park that hit off dead center field. It tied the game in the ninth against number 1 Trinity University and forced extra innings.
