Voss Named NYCBL Pitcher of the Year; Wrapping Up Summer Ball with the Battle Creek Bombers

LAFAYETTE, N.Y. – Last week Conrad Voss (Corona, Calif.) was tabbed 2018 New York Collegiate Baseball League (NYCBL) Pitcher of the Year! He logged a 6-1 record with a 2.68 ERA over 50.1 IP, while walking five and striking out 35 with the Niagara Power. Voss was a NYCBL All-Star and led the league in wins. Since completing the campaign with the Power, Voss remains active this summer pitching for the Battle Creek Bombers out of the Northwoods League. Voss has picked up wins in each of his first two outings, while striking out two per game and logging 11 innings. His most recent turn on the mound saw him yield three runs on seven hits with no walks over seven frames in a 5-3 win. Player Profile
