Abalos Represents Dallas on D3Baseball.com Team of the Week
Josh Abalos (Lewisville, Texas) was selected for short stop on D3baseball.com Team of the Week. It is his first time receiving the honor, and adds to his SCAC Offensive Player of the Week honor from Monday.
The Team of the Week is D3baseball.com's weekly honor roll, in its seventh season of recognizing the top performers at each of nine positions from the previous week. Players are selected from nominations from their school's sports information directors. This is the first Team of the Week of the 2018 season.

Abalos recorded at least a hit, a run, a RBI and a walk in each of three games this past weekend as the Crusaders won the series against Mississippi University for Women.
Abalos totaled six hits, five runs, five RBI, three walks, and one stolen base, while posting a .667 batting average.
Abalos is hitting .650 on the season and is the team leader in total hits with 13, and second in runs scored with eight.
Dallas begins a five-game road trip with a doubleheader at Howard Payne University on Feb. 15th.
