FIRST PITCH

The University of Dallas baseball team hosts its first series of the 2018 season with four games versus Mississippi University for Women. The series goes from February 9th-11th. On Friday, the Crusaders play a nine-inning game starting at 3 p.m. Saturday will feature a 12 p.m. doubleheader that has both games down for seven innings. Finally, the series finale will be on a single, nine-inning game on Sunday.

Dallas (0-3) is seeking its first victory of the campaign, after a sweep last week at Sul Ross State University. These games over the weekend are the only time UD is home in the month. Mississippi University For Women is in its inaugural year and part of the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA).

SCAC CHANGE FOR THE BETTER

Change-For-Change is a national non-profit organization that inspires people to build a better world through giving. This organization is based on the idea that small change can be used to make big changes in our community. This year, Dallas' Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) is partnering with Change-For-Change to help raise money for the Special Olympics, an organization that Division III athletics also partners with. Through your giving, we can help build our Special Olympics family and give back to our community.
