Crusaders Soccer Matches at Austin College Cancelled Due to Weather

SHERMAN, Texas - With heavy rainfall and thunderstorms ongoing this week, the rescheduled match between the University of Dallas and Austin College soccer teams will be cancelled on Wednesday. The teams were scheduled to play on September 21, but inclement weather that weekend put the matches on hold. 

The UD men's soccer team (6-3, 5-2 SCAC) has had two conference matches cancelled this season, as they had their home meeting with Johnson & Wales University from early Sept. cancelled and not made up due to travel. The women's team (3-6-1, 2-4 SCAC) was able to get their match in with the Wild Cats, and now will have their first match of the campaign not played. 

Both teams stay on the road this weekend starting with Schreiner University on October 12. The men's team plays at 2 p.m. with the women's team following.
